Zokem, a market leader in next-generation mobile audience measurement and analytics, has been acquired by Arbitron Inc. (NYSE:ARB), a leading U.S. media and marketing research firm.

As Arbitron Mobile, we will continue to provide our patented on-device solutions to top players in market research, wireless, Internet and media space to help them interpret the fast growing mass medium of mobile.

Arbitron Mobile was established as Zokem in 2007.
